Over the years, countless vacations to Beech Mountain only deepened his bond with these mountains.
But it was Brevard—specifically the welcoming community of Connestee Falls—that truly captured his heart. What began as a second home quickly became a forever home. Within just six months, Lee and his family sold their Boca Raton, Florida property and embraced mountain living full-time—a choice they’ve never regretted.
Before real estate, Lee built a successful career in hospitality, foodservice, and competitive sports, including collegiate tennis and now senior professional pickleball.
